MINI6331 Ministry Practicum
MINI6331 Ministry Practicum provides supervised hands-on experience in a ministry leadership role tailored to students' vocational interests. Students take progressive responsibility over the two-semester sequence under the mentorship of an experienced minister.
This course sequence offers practical ministry experience to apply classroom knowledge, clarify gifts and callings, develop competencies, and receive coaching.
Students will:
- Gain relevant hands-on ministerial experience
- Receive one-on-one mentorship and feedback
- Demonstrate integrative leadership competencies
- Clarify spiritual gifts and vocational interests
