BUSI6331 Capstone
BUSI6331 Capstone facilitates the synthesis and application of business concepts covered in the program for organizational leadership in ministry contexts. Students design an applied project leveraging major competencies to address an opportunity their ecclesial community faces.
This culminating course provides the opportunity to integrate business skills and ministry knowledge through an applied project.
Students will:
- Synthesize learning from business and ministry coursework
- Design a practical applied project benefiting a faith-based organization
- Implement and present their project to demonstrate competencies
- Receive coaching and feedback for professional development

Chaplain Susan D. Douglas serves as a board-certified healthcare chaplain, educator, speaker, and researcher. She is endorsed by the Episcopal Church for this ministry, which has included hospital, hospice, and school positions, as well as voluntary service with community churches
