LEAD6303 Leadership Theories
LEAD6303 Leadership Theories analyzes influential leadership theories, models, and styles relevant to faith-based organizations. Students will assess leadership approaches from business and nonprofit research and apply perspectives through ministry-focused organizational case studies.
This course provides an in-depth look at seminal and emergent leadership theories most applicable to organizational management and administration within ministry environments.
Students will:
- Examine seminal and contemporary leadership theories and models
- Discuss leadership style assessments and situational approaches
- Analyze ecclesial case studies through various leadership theory lenses
- Develop an integrated leadership philosophy for application in faith-based contexts
