BUSI6301 Business 101 offers an introductory overview of key concepts in business administration relevant for management and leadership within churches and ministry organizations. Topics survey best practices in organizational structure, communication, decision-making, financial stewardship, and strategic operational planning.
This course covers basic business principles and practices for organizational administration in ministry contexts.
Students will:
- Examine foundational business concepts, principles and processes
- Learn fundamentals for establishing policies, budgets, teams and systems
- Apply business analysis techniques to ecclesial case studies
